All accepted workshop papers will be included in the Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology (New Series)

that is indexed by EI. The camera-ready version of  the accepted papers should be 4 pages in the journal 

format.

Remarks

       1. To be included in the workshop proceedings published by the HIT,  each paper must be registered with the regular fee by October 15, 2006.     

        2. Participants with regular registration can freely access to Main Conference, and vice versa.

                 3. Regular registration includes Workshop Proceeding, Main Conference Proceeding (CD-ROM format), Lunch (3 days in Main Conference), Reception, and Banquet.

        4. Student registration includes Workshop Proceeding, Main Conference Proceeding (CD-ROM format), and Lunch (3 days in Main Conference).
